Welcome to Canada

As newcomers everyone of us land in Canada with our hopes and aspirations to achieve in this land of opportunity after going through the tough process of immigration. Once landed, the challenge of settling down in the new country takes over with the daily life needs such as grocery, banking, schools, medical care, job, business, recreational activities etc. Government of Canada had built an excellent infrastructure to serve the newcomers through many settlement organizations to make the settlement process easy and smooth.

TamilNadu Multicultural Association of Canada (TMAC) is proud in serving the newcomers from Tamil community diaspora from TamilNadu, India. It serves the newcomers under the Tamil culture based service organization capacity connecting newcomer families with relevant information about various institutional services to blend in their day to day lives, networking with established families, connecting to employment related discussion peer groups, peer to peer mentorships and cultural events.

To date, with two decades of community service, TMAC has been serving more than 300 Tamil speaking families in GTA and we strongly recommend you to join our association as a member to benefit from its programs and services in order to attain a successful settlement in this new land at the same time sustain your cultural heritage while living as a proud Canadian.
